When will my order arrive?
Orders typically arrive on the second/third week of the next month from when you ordered.
Our monthly air freight leaves for Malaysia on the last Saturday of the month and takes about 2-3 weeks to arrive in Malaysia.
Then, DHL typically takes about 3-5 business days to delivery your order to you.
What Couriers do you guys use in Malaysia?
Only the best for our customers - so we use DHL!
You will receive the tracking information via email and/or SMS once your order clears customs and is handed off to DHL.
Can I pick up my order instead?
We are not open for pickups at the moment.

Can we order something that is not on the website?
Yes, of course!

What is the difference between items on Telegram and items on the website?
Items on Telegram are mostly for preorder during ongoing sales.
Items on the website are ready stock in Malaysia or US.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, you can! We offer up to six months installments (depending on the purchase amount).
We use Curlec to process our installments. Payments will be auto deducted from your bank account every month until the order is paid off.
Can I order something myself and ship it to Kaspeur?

Do you guys have gift packaging?
We do not offer gift packaging at the moment. But we can write a personal note to your recipient free of charge!
Customers may also choose to pay for additional gift packaging options directly from the store (i.e: Kate Spade charges RM30 for their dust bag)
