Orders typically arrive on the second/third week of the next month from when you ordered. Our monthly air freight leaves for Malaysia on the last Saturday of the month and takes about 2-3 weeks to arrive in Malaysia. Then, DHL typically takes about 3-5 business days to delivery your order to you.

Only the best for our customers - so we use DHL! You will receive the tracking information via email and/or SMS once your order clears customs and is handed off to DHL.

Items on Telegram are mostly for preorder during ongoing sales. However, we are slowly transitioning to using the website as a preorder platform. So preorder for Bags, Wallets & Accessories will be on both the website and Telegram. Readystock Malaysia and US items will be on the website. Non-bag preorders (e.g: Ralph Lauren shirts, Fossil Jewelry, Target/ Costco finds, beauty products) will exclusively be on Telegram!

Yes, you can! We offer up to six months installments (min purchase RM300). We use Curlec to process our installments. Payments will be auto deducted from your bank account every month until the order is paid off.

We do not offer gift packaging at the moment. But we can write a personal note to your recipient free of charge! Customers may also choose to pay for additional gift packaging options directly from the store (i.e: Kate Spade charges RM30 for their dust bag)
