Kaspeur and its affiliate (referred to as "Kaspeur") provides a wide range of services. Using Kaspeur's services and/or purchasing through WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, or our website (Sales Channels) means that you agree to our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Payments, Returns, and Order Cancellation Policy.

1. RIGHTS TO CONTENTS ON SOCIAL MEDIA
   1. Kaspeur reserves the rights to all its contents on its social media. Any duplication and unauthorized reuse of the contents is prohibited.
2. PRICE MONITORING PROGRAM
   1. Customers may authorize Kaspeur to quickly secure a product at an agreed upon price so that they do not miss out of deals due to communication delay.
   2. Enrollment procedure
      1. Inform Kaspeur which product to monitor.
      2. Agree on a target price and monitoring duration.
      3. Pay at least 30% deposit.
   3. Kaspeur will only secure the product if the price is less than or equal to the target price.
   4. Customers are allowed to change the target price and monitoring duration before the product is secured and before the end of the monitoring duration.
   5. Any payments towards the product will be refunded if Kaspeur is unable to secure the product within the agreed upon duration.
